We have decided to extend the deadline for early registration for the ISDCI Congress in Prague to March 31, 2009. I hope that all of you are trying to convince as many of your colleagues, students and postdocs as possible to register and to participate in our Congress. If anyone wishes to have flyers or a powerpoint presentation to present our meeting to your colleagues, please contact Martin Bilej (mbilej@biomed.cas.cz) and he will happy to send you that material. I hope to see you all in Prague this summer.

Dear Students and Postdocs,

This is a reminder that applications for travel bursaries are due on April 1, 2009. Please note that late applications will not be considered. Part of the application includes a copy of the abstract, which is due to the organizers on March 31, 2009, and a letter of support from your supervisor, and documentation of your status as a student or postdoc.

An application can be obtained from the Congress Website (http://www.congressprague.cz/en/kongresy/isdci2009.html), the ISDCI website (http://www.isdci.org) or from a link at the bottom of my homepage (http://www.gwu.edu/~biology/faculty/smith.cfm).

Completed applications including all accessory documentation can be sent to me by email (csmith@gwu.edu), by post to the address below, or by fax to the number below.
